YOUTH REGISTRATION FEES
$1095 for teams that DID NOT participate in Mundy's' Fall 2022.
$995 for teams that are RETURNING from participating in Mundy's Fall 2022.
$110 for individuals who are joining a house teamy's' Fall 2022.
*Includes (1) Ref per game
A $150 deposit must accompany the team registration form.
A $50 administrative fee will be charged for any bounced checks.
Payable via Check, Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Cash
